Objectives and Legal References
Pursuant to the Law on the Duties and Powers of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, and in the execution of Clause 25, Article 7 of the Statute of the Information Technology Organization of Iran, and in order to develop and organize the evaluation of basic AI products and services through supporting the investment of the active private sector and creating a ranking system for these products and services in accordance with the operational goals of the macro plan and the architecture of the National Information Network, based on the evaluated capacities, this certificate has been issued as the Identification Certificate of the Laboratory for the Evaluation of Basic AI Products and Services for the Intelligent Software Laboratory of Qom University with the following specifications.
Validity Period and Conditions
The validity of this certificate is conditional upon compliance with the requirements of the specialized (technical) standards listed in the appendix and the continuous maintenance of the terms and conditions within the framework of the regulations issued by the Information Technology Organization of Iran, for a period of one solar year from the date of issuance.
